Not just monitor - also control electricity consumption

There are products in the market today, that not only show consumption per appliance, but also enable full control of power down to the appliance level. They are wirelessly monitor and control any electrical device, including light bulbs. Obviopusly, they are sold - not borrowed at the local library, but I guess the ROI justifies the effort.
