Existing homes form a large proportion of national energy and water consumption yet 'retrofit' is an often neglected element of national energy management as it requires policy, funding, and communication to be aligned for successful on-the-ground service delivery. The session will discuss a successful model, an approach for Israel and welcomes feedback and insights as to how the model can be developed for the Israeli market.
